Good news, everyone, the new Dan Shamble, Zombie P.I. short story collection is out now!
That’s right, Services Rendered is available for purchase in all of your favorite formats, including Paperback and Hardcover. Get it on Amazon, from Barnes & Noble, where ever else you buy your books. You can find your favorite digital type stuff right here.
It features 9 stories, 2 of which have never appeared in print. Earlier this year I reviewed 1 of the stories featured, High Midnight, and next week I’ll review the other 8, just in case you want to know what’s going on before you buy it.
I hope you’ll all get this book, if only as a thank you to a friend of the show. But I know if you are a fan of monsters, detectives, and quirky comedy, you are going to love this series as much as I do.
Check it out, gang, friend of the show, Kevin J. Anderson, is celebrating a book birthday today with the release of his new short story collection. Perfectly timed for the Halloween season, Selected Stories: Horror And Dark Fantasy is now available for purchase.
The 3rd of 4 planned volumes, this is the best one yet! Go check out my review and learn how this one is a surprising look at KJA and may change the way folks view him.
3/4ths of the way through this Selected Stories series, I highly recommend you all get this and the other 2 as soon as possible. Head to your favorite Bookstore and order it or run on over to Amazon for the paperback, hardcover, or E-Format.
Hey gang, just a heads up, Kevin J. Anderson’s new short story collection, Selected Stories: Fantasy is now available for purchase!
In my review (read it here) I talked about some of my favorite stories, and this one has even more than the last one. The styles and types of stories included are a great example of his versatility and just how prolific he is. And just like the 1st volume, the cover art is so beautifully trippy.
The 2nd of 4 planned volumes, get on board now by going to your favorite bookstore and ordering a hardcover/paperback, or head over to Amazon or your favorite online retailer for E-Format. Read, enjoy, and tell KJA we sent you to it. It’s sure to please all fans of the genre.
Hey Gang, just a heads up for anybody that’s interested, the KJA Sci-Fi Short Story Collection I reviewed last week is Now Available! The 1st of 4 planned collected volumes, this one has a Dune entry, a sequel to a famous Harlan Ellison story, and much more, plus the cover design is so delightfully trippy.
If you are a fan of the genre or the Author, I highly recommend you check this out. Read my review here and then head to your nearest bookstore for the Hardcover/Paperback or pull up your favorite E-Format (many of which can be found here) and snap up a copy. You won’t be disappointed!
While I haven’t posted reviews of these 2 Dan Shamble novels (yet!), trust me when I say they rock.
Amazon says the paperback is currently out of stock, but it is available in Ebook (ewwwww) and physical formats.
Book 2, Unnatural Acts, has some frightening parallels to, and Nostradamus like predicting of, our current political situations while expanding and coloring the universe in a nice way.
Book 3, Hair Raising (my 1st exposure to this universe), has Dan & Co trying to bust up a illegal fighting ring.
This and the 1st volume are great ways to get on board and get all caught up with this series that I like to describe as The Rockford Files meets The Munsters.
The title, trailer (which is actually just a 2 minute clip that’s probably the opening of the movie), and description for the next Direct-To-Video Scooby-Doo movie have been released and it appears to be the long rumored Western.
Scooby-Doo: Shaggy’s Showdown is up for preorder on the Amazon and the description is as follows: When the Scooby gang visits a dude ranch, they discover that it and the nearby town have been haunted by a ghostly cowboy, Dapper Dan, who fires real fire from his fire irons. The mystery only deepens when it’s discovered that the ghost is also the long lost relative of Shaggy Rogers!
The cast list has Kate listed as Velma instead of Mindy which, as you all know, gives me a sad.
But the clip looks pretty fun.
